How much will it cost?

• Approximate age of the property 
• Details of the existing fireplace/appliance
• Photos of the existing fireplace/appliance 
• Any relevant dimensions – e.g. fireplace opening, width of chimney breast 
• Photos of the chimney/flue from outside 
• If no existing chimney, photos of proposed location (from inside and outside)
• Appliance type required (solid fuel, gas, or electric)
• Details of the products you are interested in
• Image of desired end result – from a brochure/website/Pinterest etc
